Global American Tax and Financial Services Limited is a
leading tax preparation and consulting company with offices
in both Hong Kong, San Francisco, California, USA and
Houston, Texas, USA with further expansion plans into China.
Our clientele ranges from individuals to businesses in the
Asia-Pacific and North American regions.
Our specialties are tax complaince/preparation,
planning, and financial services for American expatriates,
green card holders, and other U.S. oriented individuals and

Our company founder has been a licensed CPA (Texas)
since 1979 and worked as a Senior Tax Advisor for a major
American Corporation for over twenty-seven years (with
expatriate assignments in countries/regions such as the UK,
Norway and Hong Kong). He was also a consultant for the
largest tax preparation firm in the USA. Other experience
includes CFO for a high-tech company listed on the Hong
Kong Stock Exchange. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Fellow
member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants.
